Wild garlic known also as bear garlic grows in the naturally clean areas of Western and Central Europe. Can be found in forested areas and near rivers. It has large, aromatic, light green leaves that are similar to lily of the valley.

Bear garlic is a close relative of ordinary garlic, but its taste is more delicate. It’s an excellent spice that can be used for soups, sauces, salads, as a sprinkle for sandwiches, casseroles, etc.
