BULGUR FROM DURUM WHEAT

Groats Bulgur is a pressed and slightly crumbled durum wheat, then boiled and dried. Ideal as an alternative to rice and traditional groats. It fits perfectly with salads, soups and starters. There are yellow-brown color and slightly nutty taste and smell.
How to use: 1 glass of Bulgur pour 2.5 cups of slightly salted boiling water, cook without covering for about 7 minutes. Remove from heat, cover and leave to swell.
